Your information, explained

Privacy policy

This policy explains how Lullow handles information when you play the game.

Last updated 12 October 2026

Your progress stays on your phone

Lullow has no account and no server of its own. Your levels, stars, daily results, trophies, games in progress and settings are kept on this device, and Lullow does not send them anywhere. If your phone backs up its apps to your Google account, Android may include them in that backup, so they come back on a new phone. "Reset progress" in Settings, or uninstalling the app, deletes them from the phone.

Ads

Lullow shows ads from Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK). To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google collects and shares data such as your device's advertising ID, your IP address (which gives an approximate location), how you interact with ads and the app, and diagnostic information. This data is encrypted in transit. Where the law requires it, for example in the European Economic Area and the UK, Lullow asks for your consent first with Google's consent form, and Settings then offers "Privacy options" to change your choice. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. Google explains how it uses this data at Google's partner-sites page and in its privacy policy.

Purchases

The optional "Remove Ads" purchase is handled entirely by Google Play, under Google Play's terms and privacy policy. Lullow never sees your payment details; it only keeps a note on your phone that Remove Ads is owned, and asks Google Play to confirm it.

Children

Lullow is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the new version appears in the app and at its online address, with a new date. For any question, write to the developer at the email address shown on Lullow's Google Play page.
